Norse Yoga is weekly Yoga classes for everyone. From complete beginners to more experienced. We offer several classes each week, see our facebook for weekly updates on the schedule here.

Viktoria’s teaching focuses on creating a before and an after, in body, mind and spirit.
The class is simple and taught with focus on teaching the student how to find their own body’s alignment while moving and flowing with the breath.
Becoming stronger and more flexible are “side effects” of practicing Yoga, while the body and the mind’s connection and peace is the priority of the practice, leaving the student with a sense of calm.
The studio offers with its high ceilings and beautiful views over the lake the perfect atmosphere for a focused and peaceful practice.

Private Yoga classes

Other than the weekly classes, Viktoria offers private Yoga classes for anyone who wishes to deepen their practice, have specific wishes or questions for their practice.

A private Yoga class offers a deeper and more personal experience with Yoga as this makes it possible to tailor the class specifically to the student’s needs, body and lifestyle.

This can be 1:1 or in smaller private groups.
